Description

When deploying Django projects, it is useful to be able to specify DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE environment variable for both the systemd service and for administrator user. This allows for more flexible deployment of project in different environments.

This kind of functionality might be necessary for some future projects as well.

It would be useful to implement ability to specify any number of environment variables for wsgi_website role. The following should be done:

  • Have the environment variables set for the systemd service.
  • Have the environment variables set-up for the website administrator (via bashrc/profile etc). This could be easily done by having a kind of bashrc.d in user's home directory that is source via /etc/profile.d/.
