Description

Currently, when CA certificates get deployed via common role, a handler will be called at the end of the run.

Some roles, however, need to have access to those CA certificates immediately, for example in case the scripts need to interact with LDAP over TLS etc.

In order to properly accommodate for this, it would be better to convert the current handler into a task that gets run once new CA certificates get deployed.
