Description

Current implementation of the mail server role lacks a lot of more modern security features for improving the reliability and authenticity of incoming and outgoing mails.

It would be beneficial to have a look at some of the more modern security features, and plan their implementation.

The following should be done:

  • Check what modern authenticity/security features could be introduced as part of mail delivery in the mail_server role. A non-exhaustive list includes:
  • Create additional tickets for implementing individual security mechanisms.
