Description
Currently there are no Ansible roles dealing with set-up of database server.

It would be useful to introduce a couple more roles that would allow for set-up of database server. The following roles should be implemented:

* Database server role, which takes care of:
** Deployment and basic configuration of MariaDB.
* Database role, which takes care of:
** Creation of a database in MariaDB.
** Creation of a single database user.
** Set-up of user authentication to use the username + password.
** Granting the created database user privileges to manage and use the created database.
