Description

Since Python 3.8 has reached its end-of-life, Gimmecert should also drop the support for this particular Python version in order to reduce maintenance burden.

The following should be done:

  • Drop support for Python 3.8.
  • Update install and development dependencies.
  • Update tests and test matrix.
  • Update list of supported Python versions in documentation.
