Description
It would be useful to package the application using distutils, and to also publish it on PyPI.

In general, it'll be necessary to:

* Set-up '''MANIFEST.in''' for file inclusion.
* Fix any missing '''__init__.py''' files.
* Register the application on PyPI.
* Write release notes.
