Description

As a system integrator, sometimes I am not sure what the status of currently issued CA or end entity certificates is.

For example, I may want to know:

  • If anything has been initialised at all.
  • What the CA hierarchy looks like.
  • What server and client certificates are available.
  • What is the validity of currently issued certificates.
  • What naming is included in different certificates.

When showing the status, I want to be able to:

  • Just get information if hierarchy has been initialised or not.
  • Limit the output to CA hierarchy information.
  • Limit the output to client certificates.
  • Limit the output to server certificates.
  • Limit the output based on naming.
  • Limit output to expired certificates.
  • Limit output to soon-to-expire certificates.
